Returns & Exchanges

At Monkey Pen, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
